We focus in analyzing the part’s moldability, add molding draft, define robust parting lines shutoffs, and eliminate
thin steel conditions or unnecessary mechanisms. We specialize in the design complex molds superstructures in 3D.
We design many types of molds, from simple prototypes to complex high production tools with Thermoplastics, Thermoset, Die Cast, & Rubber materials. From unscrewing, stack, multiple mechanisms, lifters, side actions, insert, co-injection, two shot, multi stage ejection, to hot & cold runner manifolds.
Quick Turn Around Preliminary 3D mold layouts are typically completed within a few days.
Final mold Cad data and detailed prints are normally completed within a week of approval.
Although timing is subject to mold’s complexity, be assured that we are committed for fast turn around.
